Nice. I’m heading to the butcher shop tomorrow to grab another belly for bacon. My guy usually has them on the smaller side, but still good!

This hog was on the smaller side of what we normally slaughter. Only about 8 pounds of bacon off of him. Raised one once that gave me 18 pounds of bacon.

Funny, must be bacon day. Put these pork belly burnt ends on today, along with a few racks of St. Louis cut ribs.
