Also, pulled pork and cheddar omelette.

Two things I wouldn’t have thought about. I thought I was being creative with the BBQ baked potatoes!


I do more carnitas tacos than anything with the leftover pork.
If left to my own devices, I would make carnitas twice a week. I don’t get sick of them.
 
The best damn thing I do with pulled pork is make some kick ass sauce you would use to make Nashville hot chicken, reheat some pulled pork in a frying pan, pour NHC sauce on pork. Make a burrito or sandwich with good American cheese and something like Chick-fil-A type sauce. Absolute heaven

Grew a big bird one year. Had to brine it in the bathtub, the ex was freaking when I said it was too big for the oven. 18 expected.
Told her no problemo and and fired up the Horno and all was good. It just fit...
