This wasn't today but two days ago. We roasted a whole leg off of a cow elk for a party and I think it was one of the best things I have ever tasted.

not today but I smoked a pork butt with a new rub made by @Jamen recently. If you get a chance to try his rub do yourself a favor and try it. your tongue will smack your brain

Today I took some old Mutton Snapper out of the freezer for smoked fish dip .

Tomorrow I begin construction of 3 foot by 2 foot by five tall wooden smokehouse. 2x4 framing and skinned using reclaimed lumber. I cannot wait to do legit cold smoked meats, cheeses and fish. I've been wanting to do this for years.
