not today but I smoked a pork butt with a new rub made by @Jamen recently. If you get a chance to try his rub do yourself a favor and try it. your tongue will smack your brain

The kids got me this for Christmas..


Tomorrow I begin construction of 3 foot by 2 foot by five tall wooden smokehouse. 2x4 framing and skinned using reclaimed lumber. I cannot wait to do legit cold smoked meats, cheeses and fish. I've been wanting to do this for years.
Great gift! Let us know how you like it. I've been looking at these for some added versatility.
 
Prepping the Maple Bacon for the smoker. Trying the Bearded Butchers Cinnamon Swirl Seasoning on one and Black Seasoning on another.
