Just cold smoke. Goal is to do hams, Hungarian kielbasa and the like in it. I have a pellet grill/ smoker but I just can't get a legit heavy smoke on my meats with it. So, the bacon I will do next weekend will get a good cold smoke than I will finish off/pasteurize it on the pellet grill.Very nice setup! Do you have a way to have heat or will it just be a cold smoker?
