Rainy day here. Put an elk brisket on the smoker. Sliders this afternoon while watching the masters. Will wash it down with a cold non anhauser Busch product. Posting pics after while

That looks like it turned out great!First attempt at smoking on the Kamado. Turned out OK . Having some neighbors over for taco Tuesday tomorrow, and some of this will be turned into carnitas for that!

Looks like it's going perfect! Glad to hear that RecTeq is working out for you I've only ever heard gret things about them. I wanna try one but I need another smoker/grill like I need another hole in my head.Time to wrap (I double foil)...added about 8 oz of apple juice for finish moisture. About 2 hr's or 195* internal to go.. The recteq does a great job of tending while I'm at work. About 10 minutes of prep this AM and 10 minutes to wrap. Bluetooth everything else.
