I put it in the shed and or wrap in a moving blanket, helps bit not in extreme winds.

Post pics when I'm done big day today running two smokers, 10 pounds of pork butt, 2 full racks of baby backs, pork belly burnt ends, and home made baked beans.

I guess I forgot to snap a pic of the pork butt, it's gone now.Nothing to do with the smoker but any of you western guys eat cucumber salad? Seems like it's kind if a midwestern thing idk?

Fyi one more bite of anything and I'm gonna throw up

A 4lb elk roast brined for 48 hours, dry rubbed, then smoked on the pellet grill @ 225 for 3.5 hours until medium rare. Juicy, tender, delicious

Seems to be, I add honey and brown sugar and the bark gets a little dry so I switched the 2-3-1 and seems to even out
