Well wiki sucks.
They also call them Delany & Bonnie & friends...it was Bonnie & Delany. Delany Bramlett was another with a huge ego....lol Bonnie ran that ship.

I was 16 and never really grasped who these folks were at the time. Just happened to be there working for Pop's with Jimmy. His brother was sort of famous.

I heard Lee was from the Valley too. Everyone from Patterson knew him too.
