Was googling some non-resident info and thought @Treeshark and @BuzzH might appreciate Google’s AI’s rationale for non-resident fees.

Or the taxes part.Well, it’s not wrong I guess (the voting part anyway).
I’m ready to start a Montana conservation organization to limit nonresidents. Seems like nobody else cares. I will call it Montana residents against OTC’s.
Taxes part isn't universally true. I pay taxes in Montana but don't live thereOr the taxes part.
What montana taxes do you pay?Taxes part isn't universally true. I pay taxes in Montana but don't live there
Interesting you're certain.Depends on the state.
For instance, I’m almost certain I pay more tax dollars spent in the state of Montana than you do. And I don’t even get a thank you!![]()
A couple immediately come to mind. What montana taxes do you pay?
My organization puts wildlife before opportunity.Save some work and just join the Montana BHA chapter.
You should, you're using Montana services...you want to use their stuff for free?A couple immediately come to mind.
When I drive thru and buy gas, I'm paying tax on that gas that goes to the state.
When I stay in a hotel, I'm paying a lodging tax that goes to the state.
Finally, I do work in Montana. I need to fill and pay state income tax.
No absolutely not. Just pointing out that everyone pays the taxes and supports the state, residents and non-residents. Google AI doesn't have that statement correctYou should, you're using Montana services...you want to use their stuff for free?
Gonna need a good lobbyist. My organization puts wildlife before opportunity.
I'm gonna guess most non resident hunters aren't non residents working in Montana, or non resident landowners. Most only pay the local sales taxes for whatever they buy while we're there. I'm not gonna say you guys aren't technically correct, you are. But it's really dissegenous to say as a whole non resident hunters are paying the same amount of taxes as residents as a wholeNo absolutely not. Just pointing out that everyone pays the taxes and supports the state, residents and non-residents. Google AI doesn't have that statement correct
Right and I don't believe since I drive through WI and buy some fuel I'm somehow entitled to cheap NR tags there. No absolutely not. Just pointing out that everyone pays the taxes and supports the state, residents and non-residents. Google AI doesn't have that statement correct
