2018 MT #300 unlimited sheep hunt. Doesn't look like much but I camped on this knife-edge ridge about 25 yards wide at the top under a full harvest moon and had a symphony of elk bugling and wolves howling all around me that evening. I close my eyes and I can still hear it.
Last evening... Family on our front yard, enjoying time together... Steak, brats, listening to the sandhill cranes in our meadow, and finished off w/ cinnamon gramcracker - thin Reece's - s'mores...
Amidst this C-19 crap, enhanced family dinners break through the morosity the current climate creates.
Here’s one from a couple years back of my son with a flat head off of a tight line rig. We have spent a lot of hours on that little river chasing one type of critter or another.

We had 1/2 day of sunny weather this weekend. I was in a much better mood after hiking a few miles to this little pot hole lake. Something about the smell of hot sun on pine needles added to this that made me feel good.
