App fee increase bill

Wyoming looking to increase the app fee by a large amount for R and NR. It doesn't really bother me, but it sure is a large sum of money just to be told I didn't draw or I did draw.

I’m leaning towards being out indefinitely, b/c of where the money goes: large landowners. F—-in Robin Hood in reverse.

The language in the bill says "shall not exceed". So I'm guessing the department doesn't have to go to the max of $75 per app, just can't go above that.

I'm guessing they will of course raise it from the current $15 for NR if the bill passes, but will they go all the way to $75? Also, is that per species or if you do all species at one time is that just one fee?
