Salmon have been coming in strong here lately. Son in law borrowed canoe, went dip netting, and dumped a load of fish on me.

Cleaned up. In brine of 1 part salt, one part brown sugar, to 8 parts water. soaked overnight. Rinsed and Racks out to set "dry" before smoking.

With the smoke looking good, I hopped on a wheeler and headed over to a bonfire party in progress. Brought a sample of some of thinner early smoke. Got rave reviews! And a few shots.

Went home and started bagging it up.

After leaving that last disturbing image. I bagged up the smoked goodness.

Homemade Meat Lover’s Pizza on the Kamado. Pepperoni, bacon and venison Italian sausage. Could have cooked another 30-60 seconds to crispen the crust just a bit more.

Put some ribs on the smoker to celebrate my seventh grand child.

My youngest girl popped out a beautiful young man, he has two sisters. She did this without drugs or medications. All natural.

While ribs are smoking, I had time to wax my mountain boots.
Got some Shishito peppers from the greenhouse, and made creamed Shishito pepper blend with garlic, onion, salt & pepper, with cheese's & almond milk.

This is how things looked wrapping ribs for the final countdown. People coming over. Beer & shots flowing. Everything got eat up before I thought of another pic!
