Landowners should only be allowed to hunt their own land on a landowner tag...
I say we get the legislators moving on this...

Greenhorn, isn't a landowner tag only good for the landowner's own land? I think this is the case already.

If a rule is made that states 10% of the tags are reserved for NR then the only way to statistically accomplish it is to take 10% of the tags issued for each area and have only NRs competing for the 10%tags reserved for NRs. What is Caesar's is Caesar's or what is NR is NR or what is landowner's is landowner's...

Mule Deer hunting should close the first weekend in November, state-wide.

Limited entry per district, choose your weapon and choose your district, one week season, 4 seasons, including one muzzleloader season(no optics or sabots).
I got kids now, I can't get out that much anyway these days..
Belly Deep-I believe that is what BuzzH was so hot about. 10% for NR doesn't really mean 10%.
What would Big Shooter do?
Keep running your soup coolers hammer-head and you might find out what he would do. You're a bit mouthy for a litte fella....but that will probably catch up with you one of these days.
What would be wrong with opening antelope 2 weeks earlier, deer season 2 weeks earlier.....and closing deer season 2 weeks earlier.......this way it would miss the heart of the rut? This, along with some micro-managing and the quality might improve in a year or two. Just a thought.
