Oh, the irony!

Two egoist with no formal governmental status will have zero influence on 535 members of congress stuffing the coffers of their districts/states. It’s just more Bread and Circuses.
We will see. I hope you are right. The tax cuts will get passed fast. Then the market might force their hand with a Liz Truss-moment.

I’m seeing people talking about Doug Burgum for Secretary of the Interior on X for what it’s worth. Anybody know how he is on public lands? What’s his record?
Can he ride up on his faithful steed with 10 gallon lid? Maybe an incredible shot of him releasing a fly? ;)

An interesting mix of normal ND guy and tech bro. All in all decent guy who doesn’t need to be anybody’s bobo. Don’t know his stand on PL, but won’t be carrying anyone’s water if he doesn’t think it’s right.

I think "drill baby, drill" will be his marching orders. I do not think he will last long if he is not high stepping from the first beat of the drum. ANWR - it was nice to know ya...

With either Harris or trump we were going to see energy development on blm land. Harris would have been wind and solar; trump oil and gas. I am not against oil and gas development by any means, and for 99% of Americans it is very hypocritical for them to be. But I do think there needs to be parameters and limitations on it. ANWR should be one of them.

9,000 acres damn near continously just a few miles south of me slotted for solar farms. Talk about completely changing the landscape there. Yikes.
