Influencers Ruining Stuff

Is the problem that they're posting on social media? Because almost everyone that's criticized the dbag above has said, at one time or another, "if someone is happy with their deer, good for them." I shot a tiny ass 2-pt last year and was happy as a clam. I think I even created an IG post. Every 2 pt shot is a 4 pt left for you real hunters, you boot lacer-tighters, generational badasses. If you're killing too many is that really this guy's fault?

For me, it is all about monetizing a public resource. If you're in that camp I'm going to be pretty critical of your actions.
Agreed. And the generational badasses posting their opinions on an internet forum is actually pretty ironic. If someone is proud of themselves and wants to share that, how does that hurt anyone else? For people to be offended or angry at that, and then turn around and accuse the "influencer" of being ultra-sensitive is actually pretty rich. Why not just scroll past or better yet, be happy for them? Sheesh. Who's the sensitive one?

Strike out in archery/rifle season in their own state, terrible hunters, then come to Montana to whack forkys and raghorns for content for their Dan Staton associated gear page. Sad honestly
So no Montana resident shoots a raghorn? Are you mad they shot them or mad they posted about it?

If you don’t want raghorns shot then take it up with FWP but they seem to think the resource supports the take.

Influencers are a bunch of crayon eaters that are too dumb to realize they’re shooting dinks, ruining spots, and spending copious amounts of their own money to help product companies generate more revenue. They usually have too many tags in their pocket to do any of them justice. More about content generating than hunting.

Much different than someone that shares an experience on a hunting forum. There are plenty of people that share on other platforms like instagram/fb that are not influencers.

Long-arming a forky is dumb, and so is needing a paragraph to justify shooting one, and so is influencers feeling the need to kill to create content, but I will defend mule deer’s terrible reputation as food. I’ve said it before and I will say it again, my favorite game meat is thin sliced, pan fried backstrap from a fat muley buck.

Shoot all the rag horns and forkys you want.

It is just gross that they are trying to use them, and dead wildlife in general, to sell me something. 21st century market hunting.
