Elk and Mule deer are a different animal than whitetail...just in case you failed to notice.

Oh, and the amount of secure habitat they need to get old is much different...which you obviously failed to notice by the mountains of literature published each year on the subject that you fail to comprehend.

BUZZ, I have previously killed mature muleys as well. I may yet hunt them again, and rest assured, ATVs will be part of the hunt. You fail to acknowledge that around here, elk are a common commodity, and our OTC hunt shows it. Oh, you never did find a decent argument for that in the previous OTC debate did you?????

Give it up, a mature mule deer is not a 1 1/2 year old 2 point...A mature elk is not a 2 1/2 year old five point...no matter what you hear on the Outdoor Channel.

BUZZ, it has been a long time since I have killed any muleys smaller then 4x4's at least. Afterall, with population problems throughout the west, we do have to be selective. I leave those smaller bucks for guys like IT, EG, & MOOSIE. If I'm just hunting for meat I can always kill a little whitetail later.

I had to ride a lot of ATV miles, and pass up a lot of younger bucks in order to show BUZZ that ATV riding hunters can kill mature bucks.
Like I said last year, I prefer to shoot younger deer.

That is funnier than Hell that our local 3rd Grade Edjumacated Fat-Assed ATV rider goes out hunting in hopes of impressing Buzz. How insecure and immature can he be that he only wants to impress Buzz, even to the point of not shooting an animal he prefers (younger deer) but shooting one that he doesn't want, just in hopes to fit in....


Oh, and Ten, you might take your "I leave those smaller bucks for guys like IT, EG, & MOOSIE. " comment and shove it up your tail pipe, as I am pretty sure my muley is way bigger than your road kill, both in the horns and on the hoof. hump
