All I know about yard sales, I learned from my daughters. Apparently, the procedure is, you ask your parents if you can have the sale at their house. "Because it's a better location." Then when the sale is over you leave the leftover junk in your parents' garage with an empty promise to come and ger it later.

That means you can pack it up, donate it to the local Goodwill then deduct a few hundred off your taxes at the end of the year. You could end up getting more for your daughter’s stuff than she would have had she sold it yard sale style. Just a thought. If you share this thought with her, she may decide she really needs her stuff back…

The guy got a steal at 250. KG4s in perfect shape. I have a pair of perfect Infinity’s selling for $100. The klipsch buyer said he’d probably be by to grab them tomorrow.
