Corner crossing solution outta WY?

I will deferto buzz, as he is more involved, but I talked to cragO and his goal was NOT TO help corner crossing but get tickets increased, at least originally, until he was called on it

Will be interesting if this focus on corner crossings leads to cameras being setup at corner crossings hoping to catch catch someone touching private so a ticket can be written.
