2025 NM draw results

That hasn't worked for a long time. There is no option anymore for a license refund, it's mandatory to buy one.
Ok, I didn’t know that went away. But unsuccessful applicants are still refunded license fee. App fee is non refundable, license fee refundable. Unless the site hasn’t been updated which I won’t rule out. It’s under “online applications”. Says refund even if applicants select population management box. So following this logic, the trick should still work.

My group has submitted 39 applications over 5 years and we have yet to draw as non-residents. Almost all tags are low odds but those 39 applications should have given us a 64.9% chance of drawing at least one of the applications. So we are a little unlucky but hopefully this is the year!

I was thinking about all of the stuff we use to do and find as loopholes to figure out if we had drawn early.

The put the license tag in your box and it doesn't let you purchase if you drew already trick (you already have a license on file).
One year they had a special code next to your "Review application number" and if you had the code next to that tag you drew.
My favorite was the year they implemented half price tags for active and veterans. That year a few days early some of our application lines lit up yellow and those were the tags we drew.
One year they forgot to cloak OIL areas, so I knew I had drawn oryx before release.

Those are some of the few I remember.

Ok so when should we expect to know? Is it on same day of the week every year? Or we could get tomorrow?

No, won't work. The online license system doesn't even have OTC deer, elk or antelope licenses you can put in your cart, those become available July 1. There is an ability to add Barbary, Ibex or Oryx OTC in your cart, but if you applied for those species it says you already have a draw application so can't add. So all known loopholes have be fixed for quite a few years now.

So that’s maybe a trick for those who did put in in those OTC species. Same as the old way with a license add worked. Now adding an OTC on a profile that put in for draw on same would indicate the lottery has happened and that profile did not draw.

No it won't, it will just say you already have a app for that species so can't add to the cart. Says that till they release the results. Trust me, I've tried in the past few years. Lol

One thing I always wanted G&F to do was to send results out at 4:59 PM on a Friday, then leave and shut the lights off.
The phones would explode for the next couple of hours and the employees could all be at home laughing.

I would imagine that place gets hammered with calls when results are relased.
That's why it is @ 11am on a Wed.
They are gone for lunch right after and then swamped for the week.
