He definitely did. He was coming off a meniscus injury so he'd been laid up and in a brace for about 8 weeks prior to the hunt. He tired easily but handled it like a champ.Congrats on your buck and your son showed true grit hiking through knee deep snow.
ThanksCongrats! Great write up!
I'm already planning that trip. Hopefully it's just as good of a storyGreat write up! Thanks for sharing it. Congratulations on a great buck and fun trip for you and your son. Can’t wait to read next years.
Congrats on the buck and great story telling. What suppressor are you using?
Great report, thanks for posting.
Im planning a similar trip with my son next year for late season deer and elk in CO so very interesting to read about your hunt.
A buddy of mine actually made a photo album like that earlier this year. I have been thinking about doing one ever since. I think it's a great idea.Great pics and write-up, really enjoyed reading it. If you'd like to save something like this for your son to have I recommend using google photos and have them make you a book, you can copy paste everything you have written here into captions and add the thousand other pics I'm sure you didn't upload here. Great way to save these memories for your family.
