The smell was too great for my guests. Couldnt even set it down before they started picking at it like savages. No picture of the finished product unfortunately but it was amazing. Pulled pork has become easy now. Need to start smoking other meats more often.

Did you brine them?Tried smoking lake trout and steelhead for the first time. 4 hours on smoke setting but I’m not sure it was completely done. I have it cooling now to see if it was a successful venture or I if just got practice at cleaning the grill.View attachment 287035View attachment 287036
Yes, Didn't cut it right as I cut it for steaks. I changed my mind and recut fillets. The brine didn't penetrate well enough. Also come to find out you have to spray the grill surface with Pam.Did you brine them?
Deep fry?
