Utah Game Warden Criticism Article

Utah averages over 100 poaching incidents a month that get charged. It's not far fetched to imagine they miss 2x more than that.

Lots of rural cops that may need back up somewhere, and no one cares.

But every min they spend in town(St George isn't a little town) is another poacher walking away.

The suffer the cancer that is $fw because dwr doesn't have the funding or manpower necessary", yet, we do to write tickets for expired stickers?

hard to argue this..^

It's All good,it gives the many Poachers less chance of getting caught because all the Game Wardens are busy writing traffic tickets.

You are saying that there are over 1200 animals poached ever year in the state of utah? That is a crazy high number IMO.

Nothing about that number surprises me and I don’t think it’s some crazy outlier either. People are illegally killing wildlife all the time

Yes, it included fish, but the point is they got plenty to do without running tags for proof of insurance

How hard can it be to catch poachers in Utah? They run Youtube channels and are outfitters.

Super easy to catch them.

Getting them prosecuted, pretty damn hard.

Seems dwr hq is the outfitters best friend on sweeping charges under the rug
