I would be shocked if there were 25 bio-capable facilities in all of Ukraine let alone 25-30 working on dangerous pathogens. Simply unbelievable.
Heck, there probably aren't 25 in the US working on pathogens useful in warfare.

There is a good side. The side that has been working to reduce corruption, the side that is trying to set up electoral processes and rule of law sufficient to be considered for membership in EU, the side that did not invade its neighbor, the side that is not shelling churches and hospitals. There is no moral equivalency between routine (albeit unfortunate) eastern European bureaucratic corruption and the war criminal Putin has shown himself to be in Chechnya, Syria and Ukraine.
We can not let the social media seeds of doubt take root and forget who is bombing civilians hourly.
Ukraine does have a history of corruption, which is why NATO admission wasn’t really on the table for the foreseeable.
However, we’re not sending the country cash with the additional $800m. This most recent round of aid goes go USDOD to facilitate weapons purchases from the US defense industry to send to Ukraine.

Don't know how many, but if you listened to this, they likely exist. I think Rubio expected a flat no. And while the commentary that she "struggled" is subjective, sure looked that way to me.
Asked by Sen. Marco Rubio if there were chemical or biological laboratories in Ukraine, Nuland clearly struggles to choose her words and gives the answer she was probably not supposed to give.
“Ukraine has biological research facilities which, in fact, we are now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces, may be seeking to gain control of,” Nuland said. “So, we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces, should they approach.”

The labs that are BL4 have the real bad pathogens like ebola. Looks like Ukraine has 1. Don't know how many BL2 and 3 they have. For several years the local lab couldn't get security clearance for the head of security and they rank in the top tier for safety, so take that for what it's worth.

I think Tulsi has been pretty consistent over the years.
Running for president just pulls the curtain off.
Mearsheimer is a legit, albeit controversial scholar. One of the few that’s had the chutzpah to write about the level of influence that the Israel lobby has had on US foreign policy.
