I agree that they know! Working at an airport, we obviously have a Wildlife Program. I can't find a coyote while trying to kill them, or they'll high tail it out of there as soon as they see the truck. However, if someone gets on a tractor to bushhog a field or mow, almost always they report a coyote will walk behind the tractor less than 30 yards looking for critters to catch. That is until the drivers started carrying a shotgun with them!
They are intelligent opportunist!

Away from the vehicle and in a sky camo shirt. It worked.

I got another one right at dark at 524 yards, but by the time I got over there I wasn't able to find him. I don't get official credit.

No antelope wanted to come home with me, so only yotes.

I'm ready to get the deer hunts over with. We've only saw 16 coyotes in three days! Great photos as usual.

Paul, actually this is one of the spots I told you about. I saw a crap load while hunting grouse in this area earlier in the season.
