The housing shortage and public lands

Well if they can't afford that 5th home or to pay 3x the going rate in some rural destination community, doesn't that help keep housing prices from sky rocketing? Their version of NR tag disposable income is 3x overpaying for land in pretty locations and driving the market sky high. How many homes do they actually need?
As long as I get to be the one who determines how much people need it will be fine.

Insert favorite political villain here…..( )
Gasps, shudders, and screams.

“ Elect me so I can decide who deserves what. If you don’t “”Ole So and So” will determine the fate of your grandchildren.”

“An elk in every freezer and a ram on every mountain and fences for every alfalfa field.”

We've got a lot of work to do if we're gonna get you in proper shape for a campaign. This is just throwing crap at a wall. No real message and no real zip or zing.

Sad. Low energy. Not very good. 1 star.

Just whisper “shoulder seasons” if you want to see me fired up and frothing at the mouth.
I get inspired by watching the classics.

Both are usually devoid of intellectual ammo but have plenty of the stuff that goes bang. A lethal combination.
Hey Ontario Hunter!
You might wanna go back and do some reading, mi amigo!

Some on here think I'm your "alter ego"! LMAO!!!!!

I looked at this thread several times over the past two days, watching the page count grow exponentially. I just couldn’t bring myself to jump in, though, knowing that once in I’d have to read every post and I just wasn’t up for that level of commitment. But now it’s Friday night, and I don’t have a life, so I’m in.

I feel like I now qualify for (maybe) an undergrad degree in Political Science, but (definitely) a Master’s Degree in Sociology. 😂

There were numerous things along the way the I felt somewhat moved to respond to, but wanted to read all posts before responding to anything. After reading all of it, the only thing that really stuck with me was to respond to Ontario Hunter and say that perhaps the reason your neighbors are asking you why you don’t move back to Montana is not because they want to know why.

Some great discussions and insights here. I’ve enjoyed it.

He'll garner another dozen or so from CFT,if he looses a tooth or 2 for the posters.................
Hey, I already have that covered.😁 No joke. I lost two front teeth years ago from an accidental blow from a croquet mallet.

A few years ago the implant failed and I am just now in the final stages of getting two implants placed.
I wouldn’t even have to fake it to score political points.😂
