The Governor, the Wolf and the Warden: A Fresh Look at a Gianforte Hunt

Right, and how much success have D's had in taking your firearms away?
Very little recently.

Do you think if there were a legislative super majority for D (state/federal) or a major philosophy change in court ruligs - it would change?

I do. We just saw it with abortion law - just like you said.

If you can't comprehend and understand the difference between a constitutional amendment and rights protected under same, versus something not codified in federal law, I can understand why you make that lame comparison.

Try remedial civics, good place to start.

Both you and kg92 are missing badly, I'm suggesting the D's need to drop all gun control policy.

Isn't that what you both also want?

I certainly do.

I understand the difference.

That doesnt really affect what could/would happen. And you know that.

How exactly did roe vs wade become the law of the land?

Plenty of progressives believe in more limitations on the 2A.
Once again, constitutional amendment VS law/ Supreme Court ruling.

One is not like the other, if only obviously.

Google is your friend on how roe v. wade became "law of the land". You may want to brush up on what a law is.

I get that.

Liberal hero RBG, not so much.

How strange that this thread turned into a straight political one, but I guess that was the point of starting it. ;)

Did u guys c that joke shane Gillis did on minica lewinsky and bill clinton. Pretty funny. Google it

If it was legal then why the overturn? The govt overstepped states rights when roe v. wade first was passed.
Buzz, again we agree on something. I tend to think of it as “unlawfully passed”, but interpretation and perception tend to cloud vision.

How far into the weeds can a thread get, a political hit piece on the Gov to debating how roe v. wade became law to being overturned.

I don’t think anybody could’ve seen this coming.
