There's something you don't see every day! Interesting.Smoked squirrel, Mac and cheese, and cornbread. Should’ve let them steam for a little longer but still quite tasty.

Shot and ate more squirrel as a kid than I care to admit, and quite frankly wasn’t a huge fan, but @BrentD changed my mind on the possibilities. There's something you don't see every day! Interesting.
Ate a few myself, but that's the first whole smoked one I've seen. Can't say that I would have thought of it! That made it seem interesting to me. I might have to try a rabbit sometime.Shot and ate more squirrel as a kid than I care to admit, and quite frankly wasn’t a huge fan, but @BrentD changed my mind on the possibilities.
First time I made them it was like eating bbq chicken wings. I smoked them for an hour at 250 and then covered for an hour last night. They definitely needed another 1-2 hours to steam but didn’t have the time.Ate a few myself, but that's the first whole smoked one I've seen. Can't say that I would have thought of it!
