Getting tougher on squatters on NF lands

Twenty one years and we still have the Bundy's.
I think there is some Gov inefficiencies that I could get behind eliminating.
What are you talking about? They exemplify #winning, privatizing public lands, fighting against big bad government, not paying taxes... They are truly blessed patriots. It's only a matter of time before they too get an invite to the Oval Office as efficiency experts

My wife and our 2 dogs accidentally walked into a squatter camp once in NW Montana about 10 years ago. Can't remember if it was timber company property or NF etc.. It creeped me the hell out. No sign of the occupant(s) but it was obvious that they were living there with all the clothes, trash, etc. around the camp. The camp was about a half mile from a parking area.

I found one in the brush and trees while duck hunting on the Carson River. Creepy for sure but I was in camo with a shotgun. Surprised the Heck out of them. Another time in Northern Nevada I found a camp chukar hunting. Nobody there but could tell it was lived in. Nasty country too. mtmuley
