I didn't look to see what kind of car it was. I saw the cart, the zip tie, and thought, "That's something my buddies and I would do to each other."

You guys are talking about different pics. The zip tie is to a Nissan Juke. The chargers being blocked are for Tesla

Love it! I used to drive a big green Bronco. You know, the 90's style that got 6 miles to the gallon. Wherever available, I would park it in the green vehicle parking only stalls.
