What can I say to a guy that makes bullshit posts so he can ask about the tag he just got?
Today's workout went great now that it cooled off with the rain. Still ended up peeling my shirt off and was dripping with sweat (sorry for the sight picture) but my legs felt good and my breathing was a lot better. Could have gone longer but I'm sticking with one hour for now.
