Geez, that guy is a real peach.

I bet another source of illegally purchased tags is Idaho’s liberal,
policy of letting a hunter sign over there drawn or general tag to absolutely anyone even outside their family. That seems ripe for guys to pay gobs of money to have a tag transferred to them.

All these loose rules seemed purposely built knowing the abuse of rules that would definitely occur.

Yeah seems asinine not to expect what happened to actually happen. Part I didn’t understand was when the guy shot his 3rd trophy bull, he “exceeded his bag limit” of bulls. What does that mean? You can shoot more than 1 bull in Idaho?
