Animal rights proposal to end all hunting rejected.

The lands in this article are in the United Kingdom.. Not much chance of it having any effect on Wyoming or Idaho..

Hey, animal rights is not just for England's animals. In other words, our hunting is not ok and there's not ok from the animal rights' people point of view. What do you mean "not much chance" of it affecting us?

Read it, it talks about that,

"Previously the National Trust had a nine year ban on allowing access to hunts.

But the resolution met with strong opposition from members of the National Trust’s council and pro-hunting groups who voted to reject it."

They were trying to reintroduce a ban on hunting, wow! The new vote, ending the ban was like 20K to 12K in a vote, my gosh. They vote that?

Tom,
Read it again.....

Are you sure the "new" ban wasn't to eliminate the guys who were trailing with hounds the wounded and sick deer off adjacent lands onto the Nat'l Trust lands?

I read the first sentence again, it answers that, doesn't it?

"The National Trust has rejected a bid by animal rights campaigners to reintroduce a total ban on hunters on its land."
