Amazon thief and cover up

I had a fedex package that was requires signature....the driver signed it as he dropped it off at my door, I never signed...I called and bitched and they actually listened, opened a case and the driver actual came back and apologized, his excuse was he had to go to the bathroom so bad....blah...blah...If it had not been a business package I would have said I never got it. I almost never order crap online anymore...too much BS.

You may have figured we are very remote and deliveries are to a secure delivery box. Getting something signed is near impossible. UPS will sign them for us, but the drivers call us when they are leaving cell coverage and give us a heads up. They are company drivers with the same route.
FedEx uses contract drivers, like Amazon, so the drivers rotate route to route. Actually Amazon has no routes just areas. You never get the same thief twice.
