@neffa3 - Dang it if Tacos mi Pueblo in Quincy didn't close. Then there was Zvala's Place in Othello before that. I see a pattern that the más auténtica places may not have the best business sense. Tony's on Clearwater in Kennewick still going strong and the school bus on Nob Hill in Yakima, too.

I've noticed a similar trend. Many seem to lack longevity. My new favorite in Wenatchee is Plaza Wenatchee. South is also very good (both in Wenatchee and Leavenworth, but more high scale). Agave Azul in Cashmere is quite good. I can't speak for any outside of that.
