Drive # 2, Bluff # 3 for the day. I’m not sure what’s happened on drive 1 but we didn’t see many deer. I saw 4 doe. I think the standers only got 1 doe.

Back in the day when all the farms allowed the neighboring farms to hunt and we had land besides our own farm to drive was some of my favorite memories. Deer drives can be hilarious for some, intense for some, and awful for some all at once.

This takes me back to doing deer drives as a kid. I have some fun memories. Lots of riding in the back of trucks being taken to where we’d start pushing when it’s negative temps and the driver doesn’t care about your near hypothermia. Lol. They still definitely have their place and can be pretty exciting. Thanks for taking us along again.
