Are they trying to make the argument (or just confuse the jurors) that there is enough public land to hunt, so these hunters should just forget about trying to corner cross to access this certain piece of public land?HMAs, Access Yes, preference points, land swaps, Hunting For Heroes...we are so far off topic, I started to think this was a WYGFD online course.
Starting to wonder if the DA gets paid by the minute for examining witnesses.Gonna take a month at this rate.

I wanted the defense to ask if the BLM pamphlet is part of WY statutes.
I think they were trying to argue (very poorly) that the hunting regs state its the hunters responsibility to know where they are and that they have to access it legaly. Instead just went off in to no man's land trying to talk about all the different kinds of access available to hunters. Are they trying to make the argument (or just confuse the jurors) that there is enough public land to hunt, so these hunters should just forget about trying to corner cross to access this certain piece of public land?
ExactlyI wanted the defense to ask if the BLM pamphlet is part of WY statutes.
Defense hammering on Leo case not being pertinent (defendants didn't build a road) and Berger(?) case which says that you cannot bar the public from entering public land.DA citing case law (see references much earlier in this thread).
