Seriously how much of the testimony was even relevant to corner crossing? Maybe 10%? I guess they really don't have any real evidence of any actual laws being broken, so truly there's nothing to talk about. What a joke!

I think they were trying to argue (very poorly) that the hunting regs state its the hunters responsibility to know where they are and that they have to access it legaly. Instead just went off in to no man's land trying to talk about all the different kinds of access available to hunters.

Finally getting to the meat. Defense motion to dismiss because the State has provided no evidence of intention to hunt private land and did not "enter or remain on private land"
