No, it's not okay. But much worse when the President of the United States lowers himself to the same level as those hooligans. The insurrection was not a protest about corrupt politicians. It was about a president who did not have the maturity to accept the reality that the majority of Americans did not want him in office ... again.

He should have underlined "truth." It is impossible to reason if one refuses to acknowledge the truth.

I suggest folks who think they own the "truth" outside of non-objective scientific facts consider the "ladder of inference". It is possible for two rational, logical and "trustworthy" people to claim different truths because of choices and experiences as they worked up the "ladder" when finding their truth. Merely clinging to "truth" has rarely solved any human problems. Humans are social creatures - pure facts alone have little or nothing to do with actual human outcomes.
