Yeah, I wrap it in wax paper so the pointy bits don't puncture the vacuum sealed bags.

That's what I thought. Great idea I've had problems with that also. I'll have to give that a try!

I have that problem when sealing shrimp. Sometimes even double bagging gets a leak.

Tried three different seasonings on some chops (Lawson’s, supermarket generic steak rub, and salt/pepper). 5hr at 275 (half on the grill, half covered in a skillet). Served sliced over rice. Family loved it. Now let’s bring on the weekend!!
