That's what I thought. Great idea I've had problems with that also. I'll have to give that a try!Yeah, I wrap it in wax paper so the pointy bits don't puncture the vacuum sealed bags.

Which one was the winner? For pork chops, Lawson’s would be my choice.Tried three different seasonings on some chops (Lawson’s, supermarket generic steak rub, and salt/pepper).
