What's on the smoker today?

Smoked a halved chicken yesterday. Coated with Chef Swag Pork Rub which is good for chicken too! Also coated some Vidalia onions with olive oil and Chef Swag Everything Seasoning. Smoked at 250 along with salt crusted potatoes for 2.5 hours. Last hour of cook time I tossed on a couple mushroom and swiss elk brats I made this week.

Awesome Friday night dinner. Ate on the patio in 70 degree weather, light breeze, low humidity. Great evening.
