I assume the media would see the TRUMP toboggan as a bigger threat. All those folks and no one is noticing the unattended Disney bag threat. I feel safe with them protecting us.

I think those 3 things are the flow path of recourse. We still have time before shit hits the fan.
Hoping cooler heads prevail today and Antifa doesn’t show up after waking up past noon in their parents basement.
Ha. No brakes on my cannons. Those are for wimps. mtmuleyI'm surprised Mtmuley made the trip down for the rally

This theory would work if the representatives voted in the favour of their constituents but that isnt the case, many of them have personal agendas and I'm sure we can all agree that many will lie their way into a seat. Remember that we do not have a democracy in this country. Here in WA I now possess two assault weapons despite the fact that I would never own anything like that. "We" passed a law that made all semi auto's assault weapons. We also passed one a couple of years ago saying I can't loan a hunting shotgun to a coworker to go shoot some chukar.
Two really ridiculous guns laws.
However, I feel the best way to combat these bad laws and to prevent future ones are simply to spend more time talking to people who voted for them and describing what the law actually does. I've found the most people who vote for gun restrictions are not stupid people, they just don't understand what the law actually says or means.
I find this is also true with about every law ever passed by voters
To me, Virginia is a real litmus test on what the next few years may bring as far as gun ownership.
Virginia is now a loss state along with New York, and Cali.
While I appreciate their effort its not gonna change anything. Virginia is now a loss state along with New York, and Cali. Once these new laws are signed they are never getting those rights back.
While I don’t agree with any of what they’re pushing through you have to give it to them they executed the blitzkrieg method perfectly.
As gun owners we get tickled pink when we get to maintain what we have and unfortunately we consider that winning, we’re too stupid to figure out that we’re just delaying losing. The other side is constantly moving forward and attacking. We just keep paying those dues to the nra and writing those letters to our reps, doing the same thing that got us to this point. Virginia won’t be the last state to go blue overnight and have stuff like this pushed through.
What policy issues do you think will improve areas with high gun violence? Not being a smart ass, serious question just wondering what your take is on this. Some would say that the defense put forward by the NRA type groups is what helps us lose those freedoms.
Just like Neidermyer w/ the Barrett or the 3%'ers trying to look tough.
There's a strong push within communities of color to retain 2A rights, but we let morons w/confederate battleflags be the standard bearers for the gun rights movement. There are policy issues that 2A enthusiasts could push that help reduce gun violence & create better conditions in areas with chronic gun violence & poverty, but gun toters would rather rail against socialism & such.
So, we've made a bed with racists & morons, adopted imagery that scares people & makes them overreact, and we think we're going to win anything?
I agree with most of what you wrote. I would be interested to do you hear what gun policies do you think could have a positive impact on places like Chicago,St. Louis, or Baltimore for instanceSome would say that the defense put forward by the NRA type groups is what helps us lose those freedoms.

A show of force is what the 2nd Amendment protects. The power is in the hands of the people, not the law makers. When we lose guns, we lose the rest of it.By post 30 I for sure thought it was going to be locked by now.
This is Hunttalk and we all have guns and are passionate about our hunting heritage and it’s future. If we can’t agree and be civil about it how do you think the undecided are viewing today.
Isn’t the old adage, a picture is worth a thousand words? Which picture best represents you.
I am a former law enforcement officer and a retiring Army Soldier who dedicated his life to public service. I am all for the Second amendment but will never promote escalating tension by showing up as a para military force. We have a ballot box for a reason, a show of force is not the answer.
