Limited entry bull elk for me! It only took 15 years as a resident!

Just gonna have to survive on Colo tags. Have great archery elk and good archery pronghorn and deer tags coming my way..zeroing out a nice pile of points for each. And in a crazy alignment of res/nonres pref points will draw with my nonres brother for the elk and deer since he had scads of points.

The vast majority - probably 95%+ will come in the first couple days. After that, additional CC hits will slowly trickle in.

you can just call utah once the draw results are official. same thing happened to me last year.

Just called Utah, big RELIEF!! Lady says the will hit CC once a day for 5 days, then attempt to contact you. Nice that they do that!! So I should get my elk tag but I'll wait for confirmation before I celebrate.

That’s a tough pill to swallow.
i have never had that happen, but got me to thinking it sure could.
so my question is it possible to notify cc beforehand? Or if you could still work it out with the draw state ?

No, confirmation emails will be sent within a couple of days from now once the cc are hit.
