Lol. The only thing worse is Colorado charging $100 to your card for preference pt to let you know you didn’t draw. Kick a man when he is down!

They only look at 2nd choices if there are leftover permits that weren't taken by people trying to get that unit with a first choice.
Drawing your second choice literally never happens.
