I can't stand Hillary but my grandfather made a good point when he said that if Hillary Clinton can stand 15 hours of grilling about Benghazi then Donald Trump should be able to handle a talking head like Meghan Kelly. His paper thin skin in respect to his pride makes me feel that this guy is pretty weak and has no place in handling global politics.

His not dealing with Megan Kelly is a huge FU to her and the network and is giving him even more press and more people being anti Fox...it's brilliant. Any attention, good or bad, is still keeping him on the front pages and all over the media and people talking about him. All over her going on about him just sounds like whining after time.

It sure makes for good TV but not exactly the level of professionalism that I would expect in a future leader of America.

The Palin thing is a bit mind boggling as it obviously killed McCain in 2008.

He's got balls and the courage to stand up for his convictions...that's what I'd like to see in a leader...whether it's him or not. That's why I think Condaleza Rice would have been a great President.

I can see where you're coming from but I would counter that it's one thing to have big balls and a whole nother matter to know when to pull them out.

I could be drinking the Koolaid but I think he handed her her ass in the first debate and that he's not afraid of her at all. It really wasn't her, but the Fox News Division (not editorials) that ran the fake news segment on him shortly before the debate. That was BS and I can't think of any other news division of a main stream media that has done that. When he pulled out and they started trying to make nice he would have gone back but had already committed to the vet thing. Fox stepped on their crank on that one.

On global politics, he'll wheel and deal. The reason he can't be tripped up with his changing positions is because that is the art of the deal. Can you imagine being in contract negotiations and saying "I want $100.00 for this" and the other side says "I'll give you $50.00" and then you say "I'll take $75.00" and the other side saying "HA! You are a lying flip flopper! You said you wanted $100.00 and now you are saying $75.00!"

Life, business and negotiations don't work that way. Only politics work that way and only voters are dumb enough to fall for it.

Yes, Hillary can stand up to the grilling. But politicians do that. I don't think we want politicians any more.

As to Palin, it's as bad as that Sheriff but in Trump's defense, he's not putting them on the ticket; he's just wrangling their dumb supporters. The art the deal.

Just my opinion.

I might be drinking the kool-aid too but I guess I prefer a president who isn't wheeling and dealing and flip flopping on issues but someone with some actual backbone. None of the blowhard tactics and insulting the media and everyone else that challenges him in the last few months have proven to me that he is worth a pot to piss in terms of being a president.

Like every other school ground bully that I've seen in my life they are a lot of big words but when pressed to the fire usually chit their pants. Just my opinion.

You may be right. But last time we had a man who backed up his big words he did it with other people's lives and money. (And Hillary went along with it and I think she'd do the same.)

No disagreement there. Wish we had some more options I don't see Americans being in a win win situation this election. Hope I'm wrong

We weren't exactly in a win-win with McCain-Obama either...and now McCain has his nose up Obama's ass...funny after all the $hit talking he did

I think you are completely missing the point of his pissing match w/ Kelly/Fox. That was all about the publicity. He took all of the oxygen out of the room. Everytime I turned on the TV all they could talk about was his pulling out of the debate and even during the debate they were still talking about him.
How much heat do you think he took from the main press and liberal loonies with the non-politically correct comments. Especially banning all Muslims until they can appropriately vet them. He clarified his comments but did not back down. The backlash went off the charts. He can take the heat. If not he would not have lasted this long

Everyone knows where he stands on the issues that were going to be debated in the first place...and there were reports after the debate that there were people planted in the room to give him $hit...so why would he set himself up for crap? And you know Megan wouldn't run a fair debate and stick to the issues....I still think skipping the debate was brilliant on his part. And it showed Fox's true colors by them begging him to join the debate right up to the end.
