It is 14 acres of scrub that at one point was a gravel pit. No topsoil left on it.

Interesting article. Interesting that we we do not have caps across the board. I understand that there is a slight spin on this, like everything else we read today, but it's informative. It would have been nice if the writer told us went the 81 million was used for.
