I was digging through the freezer the other day and found a 3 1/2 year old package of bighorn burger that had somehow been overlooked. It didn’t look bad/freezer burned, and, after thawing, it smelled fine. So, I mixed it with some dried and crushed ramps and a dab of bacon grease and topped it with provolone, mushrooms, and sriracha sauce. It was pretty darn good.
Arrived in WI for a weekend with the in-laws and my daughter thought this would be a funny picture. I’m going to miss these days when she’s too big and too cool for a piggyback ride
