Good movie, and I remember it as an odd song and video when MTV first started up. It kind of grows on you!

Yeah when I was in high school I overlooked the talking heads I remember some of their songs but because I was so much in the classic rock and metal in which later became classified as glam rock I was so narrow in my vision of music that it’s only in the last few years that I’ve come to the realization that I need to listen to some of the older talking heads albums ….

So @Europe, I see that I may have a chance at seeing a band I haven't previously and thought I would ask your opinion if I should try to get tickets or not. I'm guessing they will be quite pricey! Especially for anything worthwhile in the seating area. Presale tickets open up this Thursday. And the band in question?

Don Henley has held up o.k., Joe has lost a beat --or two ( actually I am surprised he is still above ground ) Deacon is o.k., but not Glenn, and as I have mentioned before Timmy is not Randy. Vince has a good voice but he is a bit stiff IMHO

But, possibly this analysis falls under the heading of an old person saying,"it is not like the old days"

It's roughly 100 miles. Looking at other places with tickets already on sale they seem to start at around $300. Dang, not sure how close I could get and not go any higher. Probably just going to pass and say too much money.
