You betcha! Both cities!

Great.. Maybe we can set something up. We should have a plan laid out by the end of next week.. I guess it's just going to be three of us..

Wish i could make it, but already have an elk hunt, and a ND Whitetail hunt planned.
If I was going, I would definitely plan on hunting turkeys there.
You will wake up to them gobbling every morn, if you are there mid March.

I"ll keep that in mind BHM.. Thanks for the tip..

John, Tim, What do you guys think about the middle of March and chasing Toms also?

That would be totally awesome! I've never hunted turkey and this will be my 1st bow hunt! Do I sound excited? hump :D

John, if this is yer first bowhunt, might I make a suggestion? You may go on a spot and stalk, and some of this country is rather thick. So, practice shooting from yer knees.
I hunted there last March and watched a friend shoot a big spotted hog. The rest of the group didnt spook and there were some bedded about 25 yds away to my right. But, I couldnt shoot because of a large limb in the way.
I had to crawl under the limb and then get back up on my knees to shoot, all the while watching to make movements when the hogs werent looking toward me.
I was now 15 yds away, and as I started to draw, one hog stood up. It looked at me as I stayed motionless. Then it turned quartering away. I drew and shot, then the whole place came alive with hogs running in all directions. My hog made it 10 yds before collapsing.
Oh, on the big ones, try to shoot them quartering away if possible. They have a "shield" around their ribs that can be pretty thick.
(Hope this got you a little more excited) hehehe.

Thanks for the awesome tip! Ofcourse I'm excited. I get more and more excited each day just thinking about this trip! I know it's going to be a blast!!! Thanks again, Maniac! :D

see when we can get a spot and if it works with turkeys to try to find out how much more that will be.i think turkeys would be better with a shotgun though.

OK ya'll.. The email is off. I've asked about when turkey opens, how much he needs for a deposit, how soon he needs it and how many he can accomodate.

When I get a response, I'll post it.
