Got Scythe TI today and shot for first time. Setup on Howa Superlite… . 308. Very impressed with recoil reduction…..actually better than I expected. MTF after I get it on range with multiple rounds down range. Extremely pleased so far.I bet there is a difference due to the larger volume and brake on the scythe. Whether it’s significant enough to matter may be another story.
I would say no. I have no experience with the meeteeter one, but after having my Banish 30 for a little while now and having shot with it quite a bit, I couldn't imagine what would make any difference. Sure it is a little lighter and a little bit shorter, but I'm not sure it's worth the additonal $300. Maybe if you could get one without the logo it'd be worth it.I have yet to see the Scythe ti come back in stock, but I did see this MeatEater branded one come up with the Banish line. Anybody seen or heard anything about it? Is it worth the extra money just to have a Rinella monogram on it? I just got back from the hearing doc and yeah I'm hitting the credit card with this purchase soon

Thanks man, yeah thats kind of how I feel. But it seems like the difference between the regular banish is the addition of the brake function? Which is kinda like the ti I guess. If I'm understanding the product right, you trade some dB for some brake function in the end. Is that worth 300 bucks, boy I don't know. Probably not. The logo is already turning me off too hahaI would say no. Just my 2 cents. I am very happy with my Banish 30.
My wife hunted for the first time ever this fall with my Tikka .308 with the 9" Banish 30 on the end (barrel cut down to 18.5") and had no problem carrying, aiming and shooting it. Recoil was absolutely not an issue, nor were the dB. She is about 5'2" and 110 lbs for reference. Thanks man, yeah thats kind of how I feel.
