Shooting across private land from public to public

Hmmmm....so we've gone from my fat ass taking up "prohibited air space" while corner crossing to now a bullet being ok doing the same? I think that shooting over anyone's private is a bad idea regardless if legal or not. My two cents...now back to the shitter....

My guess is it's probably state specific. But as @D4570 commented, there are actual laws about trespassing by bullet/projectile.

Pretty sure it's not illegal here. No laws affecting the air space above property other than those dealing with aviation and drones. Probably a rare situation though.
